Discover our top 10 WTF records (Guinness Book certified)
Did you think the Guiness Book was a book of beer recipes? Do you think you have a special talent? Is touching your chin with your thumb a skill? So many questions that our world record holders must have asked themselves. We give you, without filter, our top 10 WTF records below, certified Guiness Book.
We’re used to building up the suspense, but for once we’re going to attack directly with our top 3, just to lay the foundations.
1. 100,000 men for a bounty? No, for a world record
Ania Lisewska is Polish, it’s quite possible that she likes Vodka, but that’s not why she’s “exceptional”. His challenge? Sleep with 100,000 men. At the same time? Let’s not overdo it though… We see you coming. Anyway, she launched an appeal on Facebook some time ago. Interested? We won’t give you any links, you’re grown up, you’ll know where to find her.
2. A Pakistani puzzle
There are days like that, when when you get up, you say to yourself: “what if I were to crack 155 nuts just with my forehead”. Do you think that’s stupid? However, it is the slightly crazy idea, not of Charlemagne, but of Mohammad Rashid.
World record broken during the Punjab Youth festival, a gathering taking place in Pakistan. Do you want to try your luck? ABOVE ALL, send us your video, but bring a good Efferalgan..
3. This record holder had a problem
A record accessible to all. To beat him, you need a nose (so far so good, the best thing is if it’s yours) and a keyboard. Objective? Type as quickly as possible on the keyboard, with your nose, and not the other way around! Did you think you could just type anything? No no no, he wrote the following sentence: “Guinness world records have challenged me to type this sentence using my nose in the fastest time”. All this in 48 seconds. Respect.

4. WTF but really stupid
Everyone has tried to solve a Rubik’s Cube. Few people succeed. In question? A real mathematical problem to solve, to get to the end. What did our record holder do? He solved 3 Rubik’s Cubs, so far so good, but underwater, in apnea (what??!) and in less than a minute. His name, Kevin Hayes. Respect sir.
5. Never invite him to KFC!
This record is totally WTF! It’s happening in America. We lay the foundations. A young woman ate 363 chicken wings in less than 30 minutes! Long live Pennsylvania, and long live the 22nd edition of the Wing Bowl. They are crazy, these Americans.
6. A little dessert? It’s creamy!
Some figures that will make Cyril Lignac and Mercotte’s heads turn: 65 bags of flour and 60,000 eggs to prepare THE biggest cake in the world. Did you want a piece of it? Too bad, you would have had to go to Nicaragua for that.
7. Still a little hungry? We have what you need
Who said women don’t have an appetite? This young woman enters the big page of the Guinness Book of Records by devouring a 2 kilo steak in less than 2 minutes 45. Do you want to try the experience? We are waiting for the videos.
8. A record that will please Maïté!
“My pudding is beautiful, it’s good!” With Maïté’s accent, it’s more engaging. But even without her, this record is… Gigantic! The longest sausage in the world. We’re obviously talking about cuisine, this is an incredible record, achieved in Spain. We could almost have given another record, that of the longest pan, in which the blood sausage, measuring 175 meters (cooked) was prepared. Enjoy your food.
9. Too many calories? Catch-up (sport) session!
Who broke the 100m world record? Cash Nagui is Usain Bolt. Until then, you will tell me that there is nothing WTF. Now, if I tell you, we keep the same distance, but you have to run it on all fours. SO?
A Japanese, Kenichi Ito, holds the record, with a 100m run in 15.71s!
10. We finish our top 10 WTF records in style
26 hours straight, yes but for what? We see you coming. No that’s not it. A clue? Cricket. Alby Shale, then aged 22, played cricket for 2§ hours straight. For a world record? Yes but not only that. His gesture and courage made it possible to finance the construction of a cricket stadium in Rwanda. Hats off sir.
